He was predeceased by : his parents, George Ward and Genevieve Ward. He is survived by : his wife Edna Souza; his son John P. Ward Jr.; and his siblings, George Ward, Dawna Ward and Cecelia Ward.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fairmount (430 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247).
