He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Seib and Elvira Seib (Stecklein); and his wife Barbara Fritzler (Overlease). He is survived by: his former wife Claudia McCreight; his children, Julie Stein (Chad), Blake Seib (Crystal), Cassi Seib, Jacob Fritzler, Justin Fritzler, Darcy Gross (Dylan), Megan Kennedy (Jason) and Marla Wessel (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Brooks, Chance, Samuel, Elliot, Braxton, Savanna, Adella, Everett, Brecken, Owen, Audrey and Conner. He is also survived by four brothers and two sisters.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in John's memory.
