He is survived by: his sisters, Mophi, Jophi, Rophi, Kophi, Kathleen, Joanne Reilly of Denver and Rosemary Cooke of Chatham, NJ; his brothers-in-law, Ron Otsuki and Dan Spittlehouse; his aunt Regina Dolan of California; his nieces and nephews, Bob Cooke, Jason Otsuki, Emily Williams and Maya Otsuki; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lily-Max, Carina Cooke, Daniel and Fernando Cambero.
