She is survived by: her children, Randy Blado (Cheryl) and Brenda Hockaday (Kelly); her siblings, Tim Jankovsky and Janelle Broyles (Sherman); her grandchildren, Sonya Negri (John), Megan Sudar (Jacob), Austin Hockaday (Caitlin) and Branden Hockaday; and her great grandchildren, Haidyn Moraites, Mack Hockaday, Kimber Sudar, Harlee Negri and Wyatt Hockaday.
