He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Nanio and Florence Perry Nanio; his wife Florence Nanio; and his siblings, Jennie "Jane" Nanio, Carmella Rose Vaughan, William "Billy" Ditirro and Mary Ann Ditirro Priola.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Nanio, Kathleen Arntz (John), Gerald Nanio (DeAnn), Janice Attwood (Alan) and Anthony Nanio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
