He is survived by: his parents, Pedro Gutierrez and Tricia Garcia Herrera of Denver; his son Sebastian Pedro Gutierrez (Delia Rodriguez); his siblings, Adrian Gutierrez, Dominique Montoya, Nathan Gutierrez, Elijah Adams and Isaiah Adams; and his grandparents, Teresa Gutierrez and Victor De La Rosa.
