He is survived by : his children, Hollie Headley, Paul Headley, Kelly Headley and Kerri Headley; his stepdaughters, Carol Flagelle and Lisa Chase; his grandchildren, Hailee Nelsen, Jayda Romero, Alicia Stapp, Savannah Stapp and Morgan Headley; his siblings, Marvin Headley, Terry Headley, Ronnie Headley, Mary Hawrylyshyn and Melvin Cruz; and his former life partner Sharon Appuglise. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many other loving family members and friends.
