He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Kemper and Phyllis Kemper (Tranel); and his sister Kimberlee Munson. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Kemper (Brooks), Alison Armstrong (Brian) and Ian Kemper (Laila); his grandchildren, Nathan (Hannah), Tyler, Dylan and Taryn; and his sisters, Judy Whitten (Doug) and Kristie Mollendor (Brad). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
