He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Sweeney. He is survived by: his father Gary Sweeney of Madison, WI.; his wife Amy Sweeney; his children, Mya (Keira) and Keira; his parents-in-law, Jane and Jon Klein of Denver; his brothers, Todd Sweeney of Madison, WI, Brian Sweeney (Stephanie) of Madison, WI and Sean Sweeney (Sara) of Madison, WI; and his brothers-in-law, Andy Klein (Tracy) of Broomfield and Jeff Klein (Marnie) of Denver. He is also survived by his loving family, his numerous friends.
