He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michael Lee (Cathy), Thomas Lee (Katherine), Vickie Bush (Gary) and Sherrie Purdy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
