It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVera M. DeLaney (Denver, Colorado), born in Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Watters and Dottie Watters (Hayter); her husband Joe; and her siblings, Harry, Laverne, Ruby, Mryna, Eilene, Carol and Pamela.

She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Marie Verhoeff and Lynne Nina Pagel; her grandchildren, Laurie, Heather, Bryan, LeeAnna and Elias; and her great grandchildren, Elijah and Erika.

LaVera loved flowers but if you prefer a memorial fund is set up at Hope Lutheran Church, 1345 Macon, Aurora CO.
