He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Neal Albrecht and Ella Pearl Albrecht (Merrill); his wife Barbara Joyce Foster; his nephews, Pat Trapp and Joe Albrecht Jr. (Jan); his daughters, Tracy Ortiz (Vito) and Tami Rikhoff (Brian); his grandchildren, Megan Lauffer (Dylan), Morgan Rikhoff, Bailey Ortiz, Gianna Ortiz and Gabrielle Ortiz; his great grandchildren, Colter and Nora Lauffer; his sister Mary Lou Trapp (Ivan); his brother-in-law John Padilla (Phyllis); and his significant other Abbie. He was also cherished by many loving family members and friends.
