He is survived by: his partner Kelly Garcia; his children, Leonard Ray Jacquez, Michelle Jacquez, Matthew Jacquez and Elanna Jacquez; his mother Lucy Jacquez; and his siblings, Gabe Jacquez (Pinky), Cecilia Hansen and Maxine Chapman (Daniel). He is also survived by grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.
