She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Eileen Smith; and her husband Richard N. Perkins. She is survived by: her son Richard Perkins (Alden Perkins) of Colorado; her grandchildren, Thomas Perkins and Susan Perkins; her daughter Taunya Stevens (Robert Stevens) of Maine; her grandchildren, Grace Stevens and Brian Stevens; her daughter Nichole Crisanti (Lindsey Crisanti) of Colorado; her grandchildren, Cayden Crisanti and Emma Crisanti; her brother Robert Smith (Arlene Smith) of Colorado; Michael Smith (Margaret Smith) of Colorado. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
