She is survived by: her husband Richard Phillips; her children, Alicia J. Bruggeman (Greg), Carey L. Smith (Mike) and Joseph E. Phillips (Mandi); her grandchildren, Abigail, Zachary Bruggeman, Hayden, Lincoln Smith, Emerson, Tatum and Sloane Phillips; and her siblings, Waynette Davis (Lee), Janice Lowe and Daniel King (Debra). She is also survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
