He is survived by: his brothers, Giancarlo Bonutti and Anthony Bonutti; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Bonutti; his wife Rhonda Painter; his stepson Christopher Collins; his stepgrandchildren, Mark Anthony Bonutti and Angela Bonutti; his nephew Christopher Bonutti; and his niece Victoria Yeago.
