He is survived by: his wife Susan Barter; his children, Garrett Barter (Elke), Devra Barter (Justin Neustadter) and Mickey Barter; his brothers, Bruce Barter (Linda) and Jeff Barter (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Izzy and Mira.
