She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Lavigna; her brothers, John-"Moe" and William; and her parents, John Shay and Mary Pytlak-Hoffman.
She is survived by: her sons, Geno (Pamela) and Anthony (Tara); her granddaughter Gianna; Darlene Santia (Steve).
