He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Isaiah, Brianna, Michael Jr. and Dominic; his former wife Desiree Bartolo; his grandchildren, Anthony, Braeden and Amanda; his grandmother Connie Bargas; his parents, Robert Gomogda and Joyce Rangel; his siblings, Lena Gomogda, Rebecca Rangel and Thomas Rangel (Dana Padron); and his grandparents, Lawrence, Cecilia Rangel and Lodrita Gomoda. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
