He was predeceased by: his parents, Pairidine Hase (Mason) and Eugene Edgar Hase; and his sisters, Betty Ledbetter (Hase) and Carolynn Sue Rutowicz (Hase). He is survived by: his wife Martha Jo Hase; his children, Kristin Michelle (Tom Olsen), Matthew Raymond and Kevin Richard (Katharine); and his grandchildren, Olivia Ruth Nicole and David Nathaniel.
