He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Morand and Eva Rochon Morand; his spouse Mary-Dorothy Morand; and his siblings, Maurice Morand, Jeanine Morand and Lorraine Graham.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Morand (Judy) of Anderson, SC, Mary-Dorothy Line (Bill) of Marina and Norman Morand, II of Denver, CO. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
