He was predeceased by: his parents, Luella McKley and Owens A. McCullough; and his sister Nancy Shafer. He is survived by: his sisters, Dorthy Pearlman and Mary Alice Prebish; his girlfriend Nancy LaRoche; his son Owens McCullough (Ann); his grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah and Haley of Gorham Maine; his son Steven McCullough (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Ian and Alexis of Henderson Nevada.
