He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Givens, Sr. and Ethel "Pearl" Smith; his siblings, Edward, Howard, Virginia, Clinton, Joseph and Ray, Jr.; and his cousin David M. Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Clay of Bluemont, VA, Dorothy, Marissa Lorenz of Kremmling, CO and Noelle Gatto of Louisville, CO; his wife JoAnna; and his grandchildren, Sebastian, Aydia and Torin.
