He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fitch of Denver, CO; his children, Jeremy Ortiz (Crystal) of Thornton, CO, Racquel Medina (Adolfo) of Denver, CO and Amanda Ortiz of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Emmalena Ortiz, Richard Ortiz, Jasmine Ortiz and Xavier Ortiz; and his siblings, Linda Vargas of Denver, CO, Michael Ortiz of Bristol, CO, Barbara DeLaRosa (Ruben) of Granada, CO, Julian Ortiz of Denver, CO, Becky Castro of Lubbock, TX, Robert Ortiz (Juanita) of Sacramento, CA, James Ortiz (Eva) of Lamar, CO, Eugene Ortiz (Donna) of Lawrenceburg, IN, Evelyn Camacho (Javiel) of Uvalde, TX and Catherine Ortiz of Granada, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
