He is survived by: his wife Joan Armstrong; his children, Tad Armstrong (Rita) of Farmington, NM and Pamela Gunderson (Greg); his stepchildren, Greg Adams (Lluvia) of El Paso, TX, Johnna Adams (Phil) of Westminster, CO and Cindy Parsons (Michael) of Larkspur, CO; his sister Char Brown of Murray; his grandchildren, Greg Gunderson, Kelly Juelfs, Annemie Ottesen, Steven Armstrong, Angela Prevette, Bob Fifer, Lauren Carlton, Michelle Virta, Theo Hernandez-Walsh and Austin Adams; and his nieces, Penny Alexander and Tonya Osterkamp. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
