She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Osmanski and Pearl Osmanski (Banaszak); and her son Tom (Thomas). She is survived by: her brother Joe (Joseph); her husband Tony Tabak (Anthony); and her children, Debee (Debra) and Kingsley (Rich). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
