She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Smith and Christine Smith of Grand Rapids. She is survived by: her children, Christie Miedema (Edward), Linda Sweetman (Jim Perkins), Sally Sweetman (Clay Ireton) and Ross Sweetman (Tamsyn); her husband Ivan; her great grandchild Scott Bliek (Janda); and her grandchildren, Holland, Brody Bliek, Todd Bliek (Lauren Hayutin), Mackenzie, Presley Bliek, Cady Dawson, Jaden, Emerson, Charles Dawson, Philip Miedema, Mark Miedema (Kendyl), Sloane Bryant, Wells, Autry Miedema, Rachel Johnson (Brendon), Brendon Jr., Keara, Rori Johnson, Amanda Sweetman (Thomas Serbowicz), Joy, Zoey Sweetowicz, Jillian Lada (Nathan) and Graham Lada. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
