It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Vardiman Anderson in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Shirley Vardiman's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Shirley Vardiman has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Vardiman (Jensen) and Charles Vardiman; her husband William T. Anderson Jr.; and her son Robert Anderson. She is survived by: her son James Anderson; and her daughter-in-law Leslie Anderson. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu off flowers, donations in her honor could be made to St. Jude's Hospital, The American Cancer Society or to the Eastern Star Masonic Retirement Campus, a non-profit assisted living facility where she last resided.
