He is survived by: his spouse Maldoshia Parker; his siblings, Richmond and Mittie; and his children, William Jr. (Melvia) and Stephanie Hartfield (Kevin). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a treasured assembly of nieces and nephews.
