He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Elliott-Pogue Williams and Theo Berry Williams; and his brother Wayne Elliott Williams. He is survived by: his son Joseph Raynard Williams; his granddaughter Andraya Williams of Denver, CO.; his sister Sherye Anita Gordon (Herman) of Houston, TX; and his close friend Cynthia Yeldell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
