He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Toney and Mary Toney (Bradbury); his wife Joan M. Toney; his stepfather Lewis Haselswerdt; his brother Robert L. Toney (Carolyn); and his stepsister Janet Bovee.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Toney (Louella) and Randall Toney (Koren); his grandchildren, Chad (Miya), Kameron, Kiera, Jim (Samantha), Josh (Deanna), David (Tara) and Ryan (Chelsia); his girlfriend Patrica Lenz; and his close friend Joan. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
