He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jon Kan and Patricia Corryne; and his brother Daryl. He is survived by: his wife Lois Irene Martin; his children, Jerry, Patricia and Karis; and his siblings, Cynthia and Kingsley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
