He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Bernard Cramer; and his parents, Vicki Cramer and Sam Cramer of Denver. He is survived by: his sister Susan Kerstein (Stan); his nephew Joshua Kerstein (Lauren); his niece Jenna Smith (David); his great-nieces, Sarah Kerstein, Danielle Kerstein, Stella Smith and Emma Smith; and his brother-in-law David Surian (Paula) of Sacramento, CA. He is also survived by nieces, 3 grandnieces and 3 grandnephews.
