He is survived by: his mother Theresa Burnett (Bruce); his brothers, Terrance (D'Nae Smith), Brooks and Matthew; his son Malik; his grandparents, William, Jeanne Vreeke, Dave Burnett and Cheryl Burnett; his child D'Nae Smith; his grandparents, Bennie and Vicki King; and his half-brother Aahmek Harris. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
