He is survived by: his wife Gail Border; his children, Tina Heaney (Shawn), Tom Border (Ana) and Chris Border (Laura); and his siblings, Eugene Border, Bruce Border and Lori Border-Jones.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (8701 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
