He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Elise Lay and Willie Hines Lay, Sr.; and his brother Hines Lay. He is survived by: his children, Brittanni, Cora, Johnathan, Shavonna and Deon; his friends, Ronnie Hancock, Bruce Walker, Richard Wright and Travis Moore; and his siblings, Jeane Dolby and Kevin Lay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
