He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald Phillips (Elaine), Glen Phillips (Sharon) and Joan O'Sullivan (John); and his parents, Harold Phillips and LaVerne Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Phillips (Nee Strasser); his siblings, Lois Wagner (John), Gail Babusiak (James) and Dorothy Duffy (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, David and Christine Strasser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
