“Mike and I worked together in Springfield, Ohio when he was a probation officer and I was an assistant county prosecutor. We were great friends who camped, canoed and backpacked in Canada, Colorado and other places. Mike moved to the place in Divide, Colorado to join me in the purchase of Timberline Forestry. I last spoke with Mike in November when we arranged for my wife and I to visit him in the spring to help with chores around his place. Just found his obituary. So very sorry.”
