It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dale Elder (Dolores, Colorado), born in Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Elder and Johanna Tolk Elder; his siblings, Mary Elder, Laura Pogue and John Elder; and his niece Debra Elder.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Elder (Jane) of Colorado Springs, Samuel Elder of Dodgeville and Scot Elder (Brooke) of Dolores, Colorado; his brother James Elder (Mary Ann); his grandchildren, Emily Elder, Taylor Moore (Evan), Cameron Elder, Kit Elder, Jordan Cutrone (Tyler) and Lance Elder; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Moore, Camden Elder and Jamey Moore; and his sibling's children, Jay Elder, David Elder, Michael Elder and Tara Shively.
