We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2025, at the age of 94, Larry Henry Deremo of Dove Creek, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Larry's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise Deremo and Clyde Deremo; his wife JoAnn Biesemeier; and his brother Merrel. He is survived by: his sons, Lyle Deremo (Ginny Craig) of Durango and Rick Deremo (Linda) of Dove Creek; his grandchildren, Drey Deremo (Veronica Ortiz), Kalen Deremo, Karsten Deremo and Kellie Halper (Tim); and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Sloane and Pierce Halper.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ertel Funeral Home (42 N Market St, Cortez, CO 81321).
