He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Hall of California and Dale Roth of Texas; his wife Vicki Kemmerly Roth; and his daughters, Lydia Beyer of Palmer Lake and Jessica Cowan of Durango, Colorado. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
