It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Wilson Penn of Eads, Colorado, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Charles Gay and Cordelia Gay; and her brother Charles Gay (Chuck). She was also cherished by 5 daughters, eleven grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 16 great, great grandchildren.
