He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Oliver and Carole Oliver; and his sister Nancy Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Kari Terrazas (Anthony), Jamie Sutton (Wayne) and Walter Russell Oliver; his grandchildren, Hannah Finn, Grant Finn, Alton Terrazas and Lincoln Terrazas; and his sister Georgette Crutchfield (Wayne). He is also survived by two sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
