He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hill and Jeanette Hill (Hickman); and his brothers, Gordon David, Mark Wayne, Dale Christopher and Daniel Dean.
He is survived by: his sister Loretta Green-Saxton (Thomas Saxton); and also Micah Griffin Green.
