He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Scott Levine of Glenwood Springs, CO and Elizabeth Levine (Geoffrey York) of Englewood, CO; his sister Marcia Levine of Hallandale Beach, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Stow and Kathryn Stephens (Charles).

A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at 3509 S Glencoe St, Denver, CO 80237.
