He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Blair and Mabel Blair; and his siblings, Richard, Joseph, Donald and Merlin Hoffer.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Tidwell Blair; his siblings, Louis (Audrey) and Joy Watson; his former wife Bonnie Cachan; his children, Laura Fuller (Ed), Robert Jr. (Julia), Jeanne Jandt (David) and Timothy (Dechon); and his great grandchildren, Shanon Blankenship (William), Cinda Cunningham (Andy) and Lynette Tidwell (Pam Jones). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations for the Colorado Alzheimer's Association.
