We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 56, Dan Copeland (Estes Park, Colorado), born in Salem, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Sulvan, Nancy Bowling, Ross and Laura Copeland; his mother-in-law Cynthia Deats; and his niece Amanda Peebles.

He is survived by : his parent Gene Copeland; his wife Erin Copeland of Estes Park; his mother Betty Jo Copeland of Windsor, CO; his siblings, Patrick (Nga Copeland) of Seattle, WA, Michelle Copeland Peebles of Broomfield, CO and Patricia (Florian Splett) of Virginia; his father-in-law Steve Deats of Johnstown, CO; his brother-in-law Dan Deats of Centennial, CO; and his nieces and nephews, Jayden Peebles, Will, Nick Copeland, Gabriel, David Splett, Tionna Peebles and Rebecca Splett. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.

In remembrance of Dan Copeland's beautiful life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Estes Park Education Foundation.
