He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Blue and Lavon Blue (Armstrong); and his brother-in-law Dick Ostrom. He is survived by : his wife Barb Skeen of Glen Haven; his siblings, Fred Blue (Monica) and Janice Blue Ostrom of Mazeppa, MN; his stepson Scott Skeen of Loveland, CO; his grandchildren, Brandon Skeen of Atlanta, GA and Sarah Skeen Ruppert; and his great grandchild Jacob Ruppert of Wright City, MO..
