She was predeceased by : her parents, Gale Marshall and Georgia Marshall (Hawkins); her former life partner Bryon Tedder; her daughter Carolyn Walker; her son-in-law Dilles Walker of Akron; and her siblings, Shirley Wright, Donald Marshal Elven Marshal and Harold Marshall.

She is survived by : her husband Everett Reed of Berthoud; her children, Sharon Sprague, Doris Valdez (Tony) of Akron and Cliff (Susan) of Estes Park; and her grandchildren, Brian, Clint, Virgene, Bobby, Brett, Brenda, Jimmy, Ryan, Dustin and Trevor.

Donations can be made to Berthoud Family Church in Oleta Reed's memory for a tree to be planted on church property.
