He is survived by: his daughters, Alyson Daker (Matthew Daker) and Jennifer Patin (Robert Rosinski); his sister Polly Patin-Mellor; and his grandchildren, Payton Witherell, Cameron Witherell, Kellen Witherell, Jayk Rosinski, Madeline Witherell, Matthew Daker Jr. and Andrew Daker.
